In addition to offering top quality products, Matelas Dauphin offers you integrated delivery, installation and take-back services for your obsolete items. A helping hand to make way for something new!

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Matelas Dauphin offers free shipping** ° to most locations in the province of Quebec. For deliveries outside the province of Quebec, charges may apply Matelas Dauphin will contact you in advance and let you know the expected delivery date of your mattress. However, the expected delivery date may be subject to change for reasons beyond the control of Matelas Dauphin. When the delivery takes place at your home, you must ensure that the dimensions of the doorways, stairs and the planned storage space are large enough to allow the delivery people to carry out their work safely and without constraint.

Please ensure that the entrance to your home is clear and accessible at the time of delivery. At the time of delivery, delivery people will wear shoe covers to protect the floor. They will install your new mattress and get rid of any packing materials.

In addition, for an additional fee we can take away your old mattress. Ask one of our representatives for all the details.

** Free shipping does not apply to mattresses and box springs sold in our liquidation centers.

 Online Order Shipping Policy

Matelas Dauphin offers free shipping on orders over $100.00 before taxes. Pillows, mattress covers and all other accessory products are categorized as small packages. Shipping of these small parcels worth at least $100 before taxes is free throughout the province of Quebec. Shipping charges are applicable to all orders of small packages with a value of less than $100 before taxes. This policy is subject to certain changes without notice.

Mattresses, bed bases, headboards, footboards and box springs are categorized as large parcels. Shipping of these large parcels is free to all areas served by Matelas Dauphin. If you live in a territory not served by Matelas Dauphin, another province or territory, we invite you to contact our customer service to find out about the possible delivery options. We do not deliver to PO boxes located in remote areas: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador. No carrier provides delivery on weekends.

Return Policy Bedding Accessories

At Matelas Dauphin, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept exchanges and returns on pillows, mattress covers, mattress protectors and sheets provided they are unused and in the original packaging. If you are not satisfied with the bedding accessories you have purchased, you can exchange them or return them for a refund within 10 days of their delivery or purchase in store. To do this, simply go to one of our Matelas Dauphin stores with the merchandise and the original invoice. Merchandise must not have been opened or used and must be in its original condition.

Mattress Return Policy

If for any reason your new mattress does not suit you, we offer you the possibility of exchanging it shortly after its purchase, up to a maximum of 120 days*, for another mattress of your choice. This is our satisfaction guarantee. This policy does not apply to box springs. *(certain conditions and fees apply)

Return policy for online purchases

All purchases made online can be returned by mail or brought to any of our stores for an exchange or refund. Please have on hand the electronic receipt you received upon purchase.

We accept exchanges and returns on pillows, mattress covers, mattress protectors and sheets provided they are unused, in their original packaging and condition. If you are not satisfied with the bedding accessories you purchased, you can exchange them or return them for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Any refund or balance on an exchange will be credited to the original form of payment, less shipping charges.

Return to store: Please bring the product in its original packaging with the electronic invoice.

All returned merchandise will be examined upon receipt. A refund will be made only after the examination of the goods and the refund will be made in the same way as when paying by the customer.

If the price of the desired new item is higher than the price of the returned item, you will have to pay the difference when exchanging.

Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the criteria mentioned above will not be refunded and the goods will be returned to the customer at his expense.

 Non-exchangeable products

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on purchases of headboards, footboards, bed bases, articulated beds, wall beds as well as on all items in liquidation or purchased in our liquidation centers.
