Warranty period The length of your warranty depends on the type of mattress you purchased. The warranty comes into force on the date of taking possession of the mattress. If the mattress is repaired or replaced, the warranty will not be renewed or extended. If necessary, Matelas Dauphin will repair or replace the mattress, as the case may be, for the costs provided for in the warranty schedule. To have this warranty honored, you must provide proof of purchase bearing the date of the transaction. In addition, it is strongly recommended to have a matching box spring or a solid base with a rigid central support. An inadequate bed base creates inadequate support that causes premature wear and failure of the mattress and box spring. Any improper installation could void the warranty.

Our 120-night satisfaction guarantee To ensure you have made the best possible choice, Matelas Dauphin offers you a trial period of up to 120 days. A minimum 60-day trial is required. Following this test, if you are not satisfied, Matelas Dauphin undertakes to exchange your mattress. This exchange is applicable on the mattress only, of equal or greater value, and of the same size. All you have to do is come to the store to make the exchange and we will deliver your new mattress. *(certain conditions and fees apply) It should be noted that in the event that the retail price of the new mattress purchased is higher than the retail price of the old one, you will have to pay the difference at the time of the exchange. Each customer is entitled to one (1) 120-night trial per purchase, per mattress. The 120-night trial period is non-transferable and all returns require proof of purchase.
