Your BANVILLE & CO adjustable base is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.
During this period, BANVILLE & CO will repair or replace, at no cost, any part deemed defective. This warranty also covers authorized labor and transportation required for the repair or replacement.
Two (2)‑Year Warranty – Remote Control and Electronic Components
Electronic components, including the remote control, are covered by a full two‑year warranty on parts, labor, and authorized transportation from the date of purchase.
Five (5)‑Year Warranty – Electric Motors and Massage Motors
