Full one (1) year warranty
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this first year, Rotec or its authorized distributor will replace, at no charge to the original purchaser, any defective part. This warranty includes authorized labor and transportation costs incurred in the repair or replacement of any defective part.
Two (2) year warranty – Controller and electronic Components
Our products are guaranteed for parts, labor and authorized transport for two (2) years following the date of original purchase on the control levers and electronic components.
Five (5) Year Warranty – Electric and Massage Motors
Our products are warranted for parts, labor and authorized transportation for five (5) years from the date of original purchase on electric and massage motors.
Twenty-five (25) year warranty – Steel structure
Our products are guaranteed for twenty-five (25) years from the date of original purchase on the steel structure.
